  • Where are you based/ Can you travel to me?
We are based in the North-West and generally film between Manchester and Liverpool but we can travel to you too. This may incur a travel fee dependent on the distance to travel, please contact us to discuss.
  • How long does it take to film a scene?
This depends on the scene we're filming. A monologue will generally be around 2 hours whilst a duologue or trio will be approximately 4 hours. These times can change dependent on your scene, rehearsal time and if we want to get another take. We operate a 'no rush service' so when you film with us, we work with you until we have what you need for your showreel.
  • How many scenes can we film in one day?
We can film upto two scenes in one day.
  • Do you provide locations? Where can we film?
We regularly location scout for potential locations to film so we know of some great places for your showreel but if you're looking for something specific, just let us know! Locations must be free to access but if you want to source and pay for a location for yourself we will happily film your scene there. It's best to chat to us about this at your initial consultation so we can work together to get what's best for your showreel.
  • Can you provide actors to work with?
No, sorry. We find it's best to work with someone you know and are comfortable working with. It also means you can split the cost of your scene with your partner and both get a great new cinematic scene for your showreel.
  • Do you provide props/ costumes?
No, sorry. All props and costumes must be provided by you.
  • Can I provide my own script?
Yes! Writing services are complimentary for all showreel packages but if you have a script you would really like to bring to life we can shoot this for you too. Scripts should be provided to us no later than 7 days before your filming date and must be copyright free. Scripts should be around 1.5-2 pages and formatted to industry standard. We do however reserve the right to refuse a script which we consider to be offensive, unprofessional or inappropriate.
  • Can you provide a make-up artist?
We can't provide a make-up artist but we can put you in touch with a great make-up artist that we work with on our films.
  • How long does editing take?/ When will I receive my scene?
Turn around time is 10 working days from your filming date.
  • How/ When will I receive my edited showreel?
Once we have received all your footage and we have discussed your reel via a scheduled meeting, you will receive your edited showreel within two working days.
  • How many edits can you do?
We will send you a screener of your edited scene within 10 working days of your filming date. If you would like any edits before we send the final HD or 4K (your choice) version to you, we will apply them in one re-edit. So it's best to tell us everything you need at this point and we will let you know if it is all possible.
  • How long will you keep my scene/ showreel on file?
We will keep your scene / showreel on file for a guaranteed 60 days. After 60 days we may still have it on record but cannot guarantee this- please contact us and we will let you know if we still have it.
